Whether it is childcare or the emergency delivery of a handbag, Head Concierge Oliver always makes sure his guests get what they want at »The Westin Hamburg«. Together with his colleagues, he invites you on a very special tour of this dream hotel. The start and end point is the hotel lobby, but in between you are taken through luxurious suites and shown around the VIP lounge, where breathtaking views over Hamburg await. The tour is filled with anecdotes – some more bizarre than others – from the everyday workings of the hotel.
Please note: The hotel guided tours last for approx. 30 minutes, after which Open Day visitors can embark on their own discovery tour around the concert halls. Admission at the entrance to »The Westin Hamburg« at the forecourt of the Elbphilharmonie is possible from 20 minutes before the start of the tour. The meeting point is the hotel lobby on the 8th floor (accessible by elevator). Tours will begin on time, and are recommended for ages 6 and upwards.
