Hotel Guided Tour: »North German Effortlessness Meets Bistro Classics«

Have you always wanted to cook in a real restaurant kitchen? Then this hotel guided tour »North German Effortlessness Meets Bistro Classics« is a perfect match. Not only will you get to know the show kitchen of the superb »Hanseatic Bistronomy« restaurant – you will also get to wield the wooden spoon yourself. The preparation and tasting of an Eggs Benedict is just as much a part of this unique culinary tour as the delightful stopover on the restaurant terrace, where views out across the River Elbe can be enjoyed.

Please note: The hotel guided tours last for approx. 30 minutes, after which Open Day visitors can embark on their own discovery tour around the concert halls. Admission at the entrance to »The Westin Hamburg« at the forecourt of the Elbphilharmonie is possible from 20 minutes before the start of the tour. The meeting point is the hotel lobby on the 8th floor (accessible by elevator). Tours will begin on time, and are recommended for ages 6 and upwards. On Saturday, 21 October 2023, the technical presentations and the backstage tours in the Recital Hall end at 16:00 for organisational reasons.
