The concert programme of the Elbphilharmonie and the Laeiszhalle cannot go ahead as planned due to the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. This concert has been rescheduled for 5 June 2022, tickets retain their validity: Go to replacement event

»I’d swap Cannes and Nice / any day to sit with you / to eat a piece of pizza«. It’s lines like these from »Côte d’Azur« that make Max Raabe’s songs so popular and recognisable. »Côte d’Azur« appeared on the album »Der perfekte Moment... wird heut verpennt« (Sleeping through the Perfect Moment), which went gold. For their 2020 concert programme, Max Raabe und Palast Orchester draw from this source, and perform fresh arrangements of selected songs with playfulness and virtuosity. The »Raabe pop« is interwoven with firm favourites and newly discovered classics from the 1920s and 30s.

Please note: This event replaces the cancelled concert from 30 April 2020. Tickets purchased for the postponed concert are valid for this event.
