New Work Experience

Online business network XING has chosen the Elbphilharmonie as the main location for the second edition of its »New Work Experience«. The extensive programme of the biggest German-language conference on the future of work is devoted to technology trends, issues of corporate culture and organisation, and to innovative leadership concepts. In times of ever-faster digitalisation, the »New Work Experience« provides a platform for an intensive exchange of ideas and information about the transformation of the working world. After a kick-off with all participants, everyone can put together his own individual programme consisting of talks by representatives of business and politics, science and culture, plus discussions and workshops. Among the speakers are philosopher Richard David Precht, manager Janina Kugel and drugstore entrepreneur Götz Werner.
