NDR Bigband / Jörn Marcussen-Wulff

The NDR Big Band calls programmes Selfies, in which the musicians of the band appear not only as musicians and soloists, as is usually the case, but also as composers and conceptionists of their music. Their selfies are great fun for them. Whereas the NDR Bigband’s selfie programmes have so far mainly presented the compositional potential of individual musicians in the band, »Kind of Selfies«, the new programme, broadens the horizon once again. Each of the band musicians is invited to contribute their own compositions to the programme.
