Klezmerata Hamburg

Combining klezmer with gypsy, tango and jazz is the hallmark of the ensemble Klezmerata Hamburg. Song, guitar, violin, accordion and double bass form the basis of a virtuoso group that authentically evolves and refines klezmer music. And with some success: double-bass player Guido Jäger has been a fixed member of the Giora Feidman Trio for many years, and Feidman is probably the greatest living icon of the klezmer tradition.
