Classic synth-pop goes symphonic

Alphaville, creator of some legendary 1980s anthems, is venturing into symphonic realms. The band looks back on its 40-year history and takes this anniversary as an opportunity to arrange its greatest hits for a symphony orchestra. The new album »Eternally Yours« is not only an adaptation of Alphaville hits into the sound spectrum of a large orchestra. It is much more a symbiosis brought about between Marian Gold’s unique voice, the original sound of the band and the powerful musical breadth of the Deutsches Filmorchester Babelsberg.
