Hotel Guided Tour: »Sustainability & Technology«

On this unusual guided tour, you will accompany the technical manager of »The Westin Hamburg« behind the scenes of the hotel. How does the pool technology work? How is the hotel’s air conditioning adjusted in line with the number of guests? And how does the hotel generate its own energy? Those on the insightful »Sustainability & Technology« tour will get answers to these and many other questions.

Please note: The hotel guided tours last for approx. 30 minutes, after which Open Day visitors can embark on their own discovery tour around the concert halls. Admission at the entrance to »The Westin Hamburg« on the forecourt of the Elbphilharmonie is possible from 20 minutes before the start of the tour. The meeting point is the hotel lobby on the 8th floor (accessible by elevator). Tours will begin on time, and are recommended for ages 6 and upwards.
